Assisting DBKL to harvest solar energy

In September 2019, a meeting was held between MPIA and the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) on the latter’s plan to harvest solar energy at its public facilities.

During the meeting, MPIA provided DBKL with the input on considerations and approaches about solar photovoltaic (PV) system deployment.

DBKL has included solar energy harvesting as part of its action plan to reduce carbon footprint in the city.
