MPIA Attends the Launch for 4IR Roundtable : Energy Transition 1
On the 15th May 2023 MPIA, represented by the secretary, attended the launch of this event and participated in the roundtable discussion to provide the PV perspective to this important issue.
While there was much enthusiasm and excitement as to how PV could contribute to this, challenges faced with the current processes were also high lighted. As well as possible solutions. There was overall consensus that streamlining processes were necessary to pave the way for other programmes to come such as peer to peer energy trading and third party access.
Overall, it was a progressive discussion with stakeholders expressing commitment to achieve the goals set out.
