30 November 2021 witnessed the third occasion of MPIA Solar Roadshow in a month which was held in Johor.
It was an event where authorities and industry players come together under one roof to provide stakeholders and the public with updates and highlights in the national policy on renewable energy, particularly the solar energy. Incentive, financing, investment returns, etc. related to installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on buildings were among the topics discussed.
During the welcome speech, MPIA Vice President Dato’ Ir. Guntor Tobeng said solar industry is a growing sector and creating immense opportunities to not only the direct industry players but also business owners that are providing supporting services to the solar industry.
