The NEM Technical Committee comprising the Energy Commission (ST), Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA), MPIA and Tenaga Nasional (TNB) had a meeting on 9 March 2021 and continued the discussion on outstanding issues affecting the local solar photovoltaic (PV) industry.
It was the first meeting in 2021 for the Committee and the meeting was chaired by ST Chief Operating Officer Ir. Abdul Rahim Ibrahim.
Issues discussed during the meeting including changes new guidelines on the Net Energy Metering (NEM) programme.
