MPIA President Chin Soo Mau spoke at the webinar themed Next Solar Destination in South East Asia: Opportunities for Global PV Market and post-COVID Scenarios on 3 September 2020.
The webinar was organized by the Global Solar Council (GSC) to explore the current situation and investment outlook for Southeast Asia.
During the session, Chin shared the measures taken by the Malaysian government to mitigate the economic impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic as well as the updates on Malaysian solar photovoltaic (PV) industry amid the crisis.
Malaysian Photovoltaic Industry Association
