Peer-to-peer (P2P) financing platform operator CapSphere’s COO Teh Yih Lin, head of business development Jeshua Choong and business analyst Loo Ee Vern visited MPIA in January to seek input and exchange views on providing financing solutions for rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) systems procurement through P2P financing platform.
P2P financing pools funds from individuals for borrowers through online matching platform.
To date, the Securities Commission has licensed more than ten P2P financing platform operators in Malaysia.
