LSSPV Intensive Workshop
We had a 2-days Intensive Workshop for Risk Mitigation & Financial Close for Large Scale Solar (LSS) Photovoltaic (PV) Projects, which exposed the participants to the due diligence and scrutiny on details related to LSS project.
The Malaysian government has announced three rounds of LSS scheme to be implemented in the country, with submission of bidding for the third round (LSS 3) involving a total of 500 MW closed on 19 August 2019.
The LSS projects are bringing down the cost of power generation in Malaysia, and increasing the renewable energy mix in the country.
The submission for LSSPV were really close. MPIA had this intensive class for companies to brush up their tender submissions. The weight of the documentation discussed was significant. We had a FULL HOUSE for this training at Concorde Hotel, Shah Alam.
